Epic Air thank you for employing, good reliable, honest and upfront employees I can do a little bit of everything on my own, but my service man explained everything to me about why my AC unit was doing what it did and how he fixed it where I could understand and comprehend what was wrong thank you for not trying to sell me on something I didn’t need, but only fixing the problem.

Zachary was our HVAC technician. He was amazing. Genuinely a wonderful person. Very knowledgeable, hard working and dedicated. It was so hot when our ac went out for almost a week, he was concerned. He diagnosed and repaired our system. Thank you so much Zach. I trust Epic Air because of you.
