Epic Air is a multi-generation, family-owned HVAC company built on honesty, craftsmanship, and respect for our staff and customers. What began in 2011 as a small, word-of-mouth operation founded by David Stacey Sr. has grown into one of Northeast Georgia’s most trusted heating and cooling providers, thanks to a commitment that has never changed: do the right thing, every time, for every customer.

A Family Built on Service

Owner David Stacey Jr. spent more than a decade in business management before joining his father in 2015. He quickly discovered that HVAC wasn’t just a trade, it was a calling. Meeting new people, solving new problems, working with his hands, and helping others grow professionally became the cornerstones of his passion for the industry.

By 2019, David became the second-generation owner and operator, and in 2022, he assumed full ownership when his father retired. Today, he continues Epic Air’s legacy with the same values on which the company was founded.

Generating Expanded Growth in Commerce, GA

In 2021, we relocated from Gainesville to Commerce. This allowed us the opportunity to position our company in a rapidly growing area for optimal expansion and employee advancement while continuing the personalized service customers know us for.

From Warranty Work to Customer-Focused Solutions

As our company expanded, we shifted away from restrictive home warranty work and toward directly serving private homeowners, allowing us to deliver customized solutions unrestricted by the limitations imposed by warranty regulations.
